About Me
Hi, my name is Cameo. I am a Registered Associate and National Certified Counselor (NCC). My master's is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado Christian University. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Association for Play Therapy (ORAPT).
Born and raised in North Idaho, I grew up in the rugged mountain ranges, cross-country skiing, chopping firewood, picking huckleberries, and swimming in the pristine waters of Lake Pend Oreille. I moved to Oregon in 2002 and have spent the last two decades working in juvenile detention and drug and alcohol prevention, at St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank, and as a founder/Executive Director of Love INC of Central Oregon. These experiences led me to where I am today, as someone who continues to discover hope, health, and healing in this path called life, and desire to walk with others on their personal journeys of self-discovery and healing.
I have one child and have been married for over 20 years. My family hosts foreign exchange students. On my days off, I can be found in more solitary and contemplative tasks, such as gardening, reading, baking sourdough bread, and spending time with animals at home or in a local animal shelter.

-
